Antoinette (Annie) Evans is a highly respected Nurse Practitioner and industry leader serving the Sparks/Reno community, known for her thoughtful, evidence-based approach to both aesthetics and wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and a Master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing a rare blend of clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and patient-centered care to every treatment she oversees.

Annie was the proud owner and founder of Alpha Aesthetics in Sparks, Nevada, where she built a reputation for integrity, natural results, and exceptional patient outcomes. Her decision to join Skin Lab Med Spa reflects her ongoing pursuit of growth, collaboration, and innovation driven by a desire to elevate standards in the industry and help create a truly comprehensive, one-stop destination for advanced aesthetics and functional wellness.

With extensive experience in facial rejuvenation, laser technologies, and injectable treatments including BOTOX® and Dysport®, Annie is known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to beautifully natural results. She has trained with some of the industry’s leading injectors and continually invests in advanced education, conferences, and certifications to remain at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
Beyond aesthetics, Annie specializes in testosterone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, vitamin infusions, and IV therapy, allowing her to support patients from the inside out. Her holistic philosophy aligns seamlessly with Skin Lab’s mission, combining science, artistry, and wellness to help patients look, feel, and perform at their best.

As Medical Director, Annie plays a pivotal role in clinical oversight, provider mentorship, and protocol development, ensuring Skin Lab Med Spa delivers the highest standard of safe, ethical, and results-driven care. Her leadership, passion for education, and collaborative spirit make her an invaluable part of the Skin Lab team and a trusted partner in every patient’s journey.

Chanelle Sisia

Founder + Visionary, Skin Lab Management Services

With over 20 years of experience across the aesthetics industry, Chanelle Sisia is the founder and visionary behind Skin Lab Management Services, the organization responsible for shaping the operations, brand, and patient experience of Skin Lab Med Spa.

Her career spans nearly every facet of aesthetics, from owning a skincare studio to working alongside plastic surgeons, dermatologists, national med spa organizations, and boutique clinics. Through this journey, Chanelle developed a deep appreciation for the elements that elevate a practice beyond treatments alone: thoughtful systems, intentional design, seamless operations, and an experience that feels personal, refined, and deeply human.

Through Skin Lab Management Services, Chanelle oversees all non-clinical aspects of the business, including operations, infrastructure, team development, branding, marketing, and the overall patient journey. This structure allows the medical team to remain fully focused on delivering safe, ethical, and medically appropriate care, while every other detail of the experience is carefully curated to the highest standard.

Skin Lab Med Spa is a separately owned and operated medical practice, led by a licensed medical provider who maintains full responsibility for all medical services, clinical protocols, and patient care. While Chanelle does not practice medicine, she works in close partnership with the medical provider to ensure the Skin Lab Med Spa experience reflects excellence at every level, from the moment a patient walks through the door to long after their visit concludes.

At its core, Skin Lab is about more than aesthetics. It is about confidence, connection, and setting a new standard for how patients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their care.

Outside of her professional work, Chanelle is a proud wife to her husband, Tylor, and a devoted mother to two energetic boys who keep life joyful, full, and grounded. She thrives on meaningful conversations, strong coffee, and building businesses with intention and heart.

Skin Lab Management Services provides non-clinical management and administrative support. All medical evaluations, treatments, and clinical decisions are provided exclusively by Skin Lab Med Spa, a separate medical practice operating under the direction of a licensed medical provider.

Cyril Nouel Casino

BSN, RN, CPEN, FNP-S – Aesthetic Injector

Cy is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector known for her holistic, patient-centered approach to facial rejuvenation. With six years of nursing experience—including three in aesthetic medicine—and a background in pediatric emergency care, she brings both clinical precision and heartfelt care to every treatment. She specializes in non-surgical facial enhancement using neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory agents like Sculptra. Cy has trained with nationally recognized leaders through Allergan, Galderma, and Revance and remains committed to continuing education to ensure her treatments align with the highest standards of safety, refined techniques, and intentional outcomes.

Cy’s mission is to help you rediscover your beauty and feel empowered in your own skin while creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. With every treatment, she blends skill and subtlety to create refreshed, balanced results that honor your natural features while aligning each decision with your goals. She believes the best outcomes come from listening deeply, planning thoughtfully, and supporting who you are—not who you’re told to be. Cy is also currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree to expand her scope in aesthetic medicine and further support her patients’ long-term wellness.

Outside the treatment room, she enjoys traveling, trying new food, and spending time with her fur baby, Koa. Cy is passionate about building real, lasting connections and can’t wait to be part of your journey.

Meghan Gibson

Patient Coordinator

A native of upstate New York with a heart as big as her Italian family, Meghan Gibson brings over 23 years of experience in the beauty industry to her role as Skin Lab’s full-time Patient Coordinator. After attending college in sunny Arizona, Meghan followed her creative instincts to become a licensed nail technician, building a career defined by passion, connection, and genuine care.

Her journey eventually led her to Northern Nevada, where she spent nearly a decade as a devoted stay-at-home mom raising her two incredible children. With a spirit of entrepreneurship and trust, Meghan later launched a successful independent nail business that focused on transformation and client relationships.

Today, she brings that same dedication and energy to Skin Lab, ensuring every patient experience is seamless, welcoming, and infused with just the right touch of magic. Whether she’s answering questions, managing schedules, or cheering patients on before and after their treatments, Meghan’s mission is to make every person feel seen, valued, and radiant.

A lifelong athlete, peanut butter enthusiast, and proud military mom—both of her children serve in the U.S. military, with her son Austin in the Navy and her daughter Isabella in the Air Force—Meghan’s commitment to supporting others runs deep. She believes that beauty isn’t just what you see, but how you feel, and she strives to make every visit to Skin Lab feel like self-care magic.

Tatum Luce

Advanced Aesthetician and Laser Technician

Tatum is a born-and-raised Reno local and an advanced aesthetician with over 8 years of hands-on experience in the medical aesthetics & plastic surgery industries. Known for her warm, approachable presence and expert-level knowledge, Tatum is passionate about helping her clients fall in love with their skin—inside and out. Her treatments are rooted in education, personalization, and care, with a focus on not just enhancing skin health, but boosting overall confidence and self-love.

Beyond the treatment room, Tatum is a proud auntie, devoted dog mom, loving girlfriend, daughter, and sister. Family is the heart of everything she does, and she finds true joy in spending quality time with her loved ones, whether it’s out in nature or enjoying the simple comforts of being cozied up at home.

Her patients often describe her as bubbly, silly in the best way, and incredibly grounded. Tatum brings a lighthearted yet professional energy to every appointment, making people feel instantly at ease in her presence. Viktoria is a Registered Nurse who began her nursing career in Reno, Nevada, later expanding her expertise through five years of travel nursing across the country. Now back in Reno, she has found her passion in aesthetic medicine and the art of injecting.

With a lifelong interest in beauty and wellness, Viktoria is deeply committed to helping her patients feel confident and empowered. She blends medical precision with an artistic approach to deliver results that enhance natural features and help women and men age with grace. Viktoria believes that trust and consistency are the foundation of a successful provider-patient relationship, and she takes pride in building long-term relationships with her patients.

Her practice centers on safety, personalization, and education—ensuring that each treatment plan aligns with her patients’ unique goals and needs. As aesthetic medicine continues to evolve, Viktoria values ongoing education and is dedicated to learning the latest techniques to offer the highest standard of care.
